Must Have Skills:
- Sole US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance (no clearance needed to start
- Cisco Data Center Expertise with at least 1 of the following: Nexus or ACI
- ACI is built on the Nexus platform. They are looking for ACI. Cant have ACI without Nexus platform.
- Experience troubleshooting ACI.
- Resolution leader, problem-solving - troubleshooting methodology
- Communication & Facilitation, Listening & Affirmation, Influence & Persuasion, Public speaking & Presentation, Coaching
- A team player focused on customer success
Day to Day:
- Que time- time when they accept cases.
- Back log time
- Accepting cases, working cases, closing cases. Customer support and ability to calm the customer and build a trust, as trusted advisor within these technologies.
- Customers call when things are broken.
- Must have the ability to communicate and be calm under pressure, ability to dive into things.
- Need people who is willing to work, jump into things that could be challenging.

- The Expert Care National - HTTS team provides Tier 3 technical support at security classification to the Federal and SLED customer base via phone, email, web, and remote access to customers, partners, account teams, and other engineers via phone/email/ consultation to independently troubleshoot & debug product problems.
