To provide billing and analytic support to the Voice & Mobile Telecom team and ensure internal and external client needs are met in an effective & positive manner.
· Process billing for a large volume of work orders for adds, moves, and changes regarding Telecom related orders for small-medium sized requests in a fast-paced environment
- Add charges, verify data entry and close out tickets in a timely manner and being mindful of SLA’s
- Perform Month-End validation tasks and upload files to SAP system using a 3rd party Telecom interface
- Perform research and interface with the business units to resolve billing issues in a timely manner
- Analyze billing and usage data and prepare monthly reports
- Provide analytical support as needed to help clients achieve optimal cost efficiency
- Ability to communicate efficiently with project participants at all levels within the team and across multiple business units
· Assist with equipment ordering and refresh projects for the Voice & Mobile services teams.
